Even though I've became strong I still have my days I feel fear pain anger and down myself because people we love can hurt us without knowing it.

You are not alone. I share your pain I know your pain you are not alone.

It feels like the world is on your shoulders the burden you carry can hurt you can hold you back.take that one step forward, say one ward that hurts you and see how much help you will get lifting all the pain away.
